Claudia Pentony Black focuses her practice on Estate Planning and Administration, as well as Commercial Real Estate Management. Claudia is former senior trial counsel to a large multi-line insurance company where she litigated in the areas of automobile and premises negligence, products liability and fire/casualty loss. She regularly served as insurance companies’ appointed arbitrator in negligence actions.
Claudia also practices in the Firm’s Personal Services area where she frequently acts as a fiduciary including as Executor, Trustee and Guardian.
Claudia is active in community affairs, including as an officer of non-profit boards, including social and church charitable organizations.
