Alfred Rauch III represents companies and individual clients in commercial transactions, focusing on real estate acquisition, finance, development, design and construction matters. Ted has represented owners, contractors, design professionals, subcontractors, lenders and sureties in a wide array of complex matters in the real estate and construction arenas. In addition, Ted has an active estate planning and administration practice, with special expertise serving the needs of owners of closely-held businesses, executives and professionals. He counsels business owners on succession planning matters, including shareholders’ agreements, buy-sell and cross-purchase agreements, and insurance arrangements.
