Jeffrey B. Miceli, Member
Jeffrey B. Miceli is an experienced trial lawyer who concentrates his practice in the representation of businesses, insurance companies, state regulators, educational institutions, financial institutions and individuals in matters involving complex litigation. Mr. Miceli's practice includes a special emphasis on insurance, including insolvency, reinsurance, coverage, and third party liability. He regularly represents corporations and institutions in internal investigations, including in areas of NCAA compliance, employment discrimination and wrongful discharge. Mr. Miceli also litigates complex design and construction matters. He has been a presenter to college and university attorneys on issues concerning NCAA compliance investigations and was a featured presenter at the 2009 Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education Social Equity Human Resources Symposium regarding collaboratively addressing actions and investigations that involve more than one state or federal agency.
Mr. Miceli is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Associations, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and American Association for Justice, formerly The Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
