Frederick J. Gerngross, Member

Frederick J. Gerngross represents corporate and individual clients in commercial transactions involving real estate acquisition, finance and development, design and construction, surety, and corporate matters. As a widely recognized contract expert, Mr. Gerngross has represented owners, design professionals, construction managers, contractors and sub-contractors in complex construction projects of local, national and international scope. Mr. Gerngross is also highly skilled and experienced in real estate development, land use planning, and commercial real estate sales and leasing. Mr. Gerngross serves as an arbitrator of construction disputes among owners, design professionals, contractors and lenders.

Mr. Gerngross is a member of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and American (Construction Industry Forum) Bar Associations and the General Building Contractors Association of Philadelphia, Legislative Affairs Committee.

Mr. Gerngross serves on the Board of Directors of local businesses and is a member of several civic organizations.
