- Representation of corporate officers in matters arising from pension, retirement and severance disputes
- Representation of employers and management level employees in disputes arising from restrictive covenants and misappropriation of trade secrets, including the prosecution and defense of temporary restraining orders, preliminary injunctions and permanent injunctions
- Representation of corporation in litigation brought by former officer and minority shareholder to recover damages where officer was terminated for breaching fiduciary duties
- Representation of corporations, business entities, and public and private institutions, including colleges and universities, in the investigation, defense, and prosecution of matters involving allegations of retaliation and discrimination, criminal and civil wrongdoing including assault, theft and fraud, and civil rights violations
- Representation of corporate and institutional employers in the investigation and litigation of matters involving retaliation and discrimination arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and analogous state statutes
